We are located at 540 Old Colony Rd in Hyannis, in the Main Street Waterfront District of Hyannis, and are very convenient to everything. The hotel was built in 1968 and has been updated many times. We are a family run full service motel that prides itself on quality and service. We strive to be the best experience for the money that you will find on all of Cape Cod. There are two buildings within the complex, located behind the Comfort Inn.
The Monomoy accommodation is a 26 room self-contained building with wide hallways and larger than average rooms all equipped with 2 double sized beds.
The Nauset accommodation is a 24 room self-contained building with all rooms equipped with 2 double beds. It also features 2 Family Suites. The family suite is a full-size hotel room with 2 double beds that connect to another bedroom with a additional double bed, T.V. and its own air conditioner.
